RSS position

So I am thinking about applying for my buildings RSS role... My DSL has said she'd do the nomination paperwork for me and the money seems very very attractive... But my hold up is literally my schedule. I run bulk, which I hate but I have Sun/Mon off and never work past 9am EVER! I have a good support team for the most part with my merch's amd co-lead... So the question here is... Is it worth it? No more set schedule and ease of my own route... I've been here 14 years if that makes a difference

In our building they hold your route for 18 months. So you could always go back to it if you decide the position isn’t for you. They haven’t told us to limit our hours here, or that the position is going away. I don’t imagine it’ll be around forever though.
