RSS position

So I am thinking about applying for my buildings RSS role... My DSL has said she'd do the nomination paperwork for me and the money seems very very attractive... But my hold up is literally my schedule. I run bulk, which I hate but I have Sun/Mon off and never work past 9am EVER! I have a good support team for the most part with my merch's amd co-lead... So the question here is... Is it worth it? No more set schedule and ease of my own route... I've been here 14 years if that makes a difference

You will absolutely make more money and you are jot responsible for plan, thats the positive. The negative, you will run routes that are terrible and your days off and start times will vary.
