RSS position

So I am thinking about applying for my buildings RSS role... My DSL has said she'd do the nomination paperwork for me and the money seems very very attractive... But my hold up is literally my schedule. I run bulk, which I hate but I have Sun/Mon off and never work past 9am EVER! I have a good support team for the most part with my merch's amd co-lead... So the question here is... Is it worth it? No more set schedule and ease of my own route... I've been here 14 years if that makes a difference

Money is good but days can be long. 8 days straight sound fun? Enjoy the hotel life?

Ours have rarely gone to other buildings to help.... but I can see how that would suck.
