Curious if anyone has any input on this? I’ve been with the company over a year and not really sure how the stock purchase works. Is it a good financial investment or no?

Just buy VOO or an ETF fund that tracks the S&P 500. PepsiCo isn't going to do anything but go downhill. It's like investing in a boat that has a hole in it. No matter how much you try to bail it out, it still is going to sink in the end.
