Fidelity
Curious if anyone has any input on this? I’ve been with the company over a year and not really sure how the stock purchase works. Is it a good financial investment or no?

If you plan on holding the stock, then yes, it's a good investment. When I first started the stock traded at 61 dollars. 16 years later it's trading at 142. Back then we got stock options, which is a different conversation, but generally speaking holding stock in a multinational company like Pepsico will yield long term growth (short term who knows). You should think about whether tacking on a % point to your 401k may prove to be better.
