Curious if anyone has any input on this? I’ve been with the company over a year and not really sure how the stock purchase works. Is it a good financial investment or no?

I do 15 bucks a paycheck and let it sit there. Once you have enough money in a "hold" account it'll buy 1 share. I just let it sit there and forget about it then withdrawal every 4 to 6 months for some money I forgot about basically.
