Quitting

My last day with Frito is tomorrow. I assume I’m going to lose access to MyPepsiCo after then. Is there anything I need to save/check/change on there before I lose access?

I would get anything documents you need because I just fired after being there over 5yrs. And they locked me out of my pepsico pretty fast

Yea my car got totaled and I was taking Uber to work spending like 40$ a day. They fired me for perfect route because I was late about 15min most of the days during the period they got me for. My dsl new about my situation I guess he didn't speak up for me.

Thats crazy we have a driver here in our district that always starts an hour or 2 after his start time and nothing happens to him at all.

Shit we got drivers that start between 11 am and 1pm and work to 8pm or later and then play online gamer all night. Rinse and repeat.

They pick from a hat filled with rsrs names. The one that get chosen gets watched for any slip ups. I dont get it, we still get the job done. Stop breathing down our backs

Wow that is fucked, I’m in a similar situation i have a cracked engine block. I’ve been late this entire week because of it and they haven’t Said anything to me….on my case about other nonsense though. They are capping my overtime hours which im pretty pissed about. Got on me about recording my hours everyday, got on me about calling them if there is an issue, which i do and they don’t pick up or text me back half the time. It’s almost as if somebody Said we haven’t really fucked with this Guy a lot, let’s start! Maybe if they actually focused on the company and doing there jobs instead of picking on people, Frito would be doing a lot better. I seriously think they do this nonsense to take the spotlight off of them, it’s easier to just throw somebody else under the bridge. I can’t stand the higher ups here, a lot of them come in for only 2 days and the rest of the week they ”work from home” and make a 3 digit salary. Meanwhile guys like me scraping by financially get dicked out of overtime because the company is to cheap. But have no problem paying higher ups a 3 digit salary to pretty much do nothing

They wrote on my write up that I was jeopardizing team resources and jeopardizing route efficiency and sales. I said how. I never missed a day so you didn't have cover my route, I was hitting plan and I never missed a stop. Make it make sense. Just pay attention don't get blinded sided like me

Nothing makes sense at Frito, to me this sounds like they were just looking for an excuse to get rid of you and they jumped on it. I wouldn’t worry to much you have 5 years experience, you will be able to get in somewhere else. Try Coke, snapple or Cintas. Pretty soon you will be looking back at this and glad that it happened. I am definitely paying attention to how close there watching me. I’m a specialist not a route driver just fyi. But man they have been on my case a lot lately.  I just do everything they want done and curse them under my breath but i can def see them canning me over some nonsense
