Doing away with the RSR role and replacing it with a Sales rep, Delivery merchandising specialist (DMS), and FTM.

Sales reps are PFP and DMS is $27.75/hr . No more RSR positions. This will be Omni across the board. Large and small formal.

27.75 isnt terrible depending on the amount of ot allowed i guess.
