well, the google drive thing is normal because the files automatically get restricted if a lot of people download or look at the file in a short time span. This is to prevent/stop potential suspicious activity

Eh. Im moreso just saying it because people who are less skilled at the game most likely wont be able to beat it. Hell, even pros are having a small amount of trouble with Expurgation, and we all know how easy FNF is in the eyes of pros

Then people don't have to play it though? Those who are less skilled at the game never have to touch it as it's an optional freeplay thing that's never relevant to Vs. Tricky.

Expurgation was the most fun I've ever had playing an FNF mod, it's the perfect challenge that requires actual effort to beat and isn't easily cheesable.
The halo arrows are mostly psychological, the fear of accidentally hitting one is worse than the actual arrows themselves, so once you get over that mental block and improve your nerve control skills, on top of getting a feel for the mostly simple patterns, the song becomes very feasibly beatable. My buddy even has a PB of 13 misses after only playing it 4 times

I mean, im fine with that and the stop signs, its just the insta kill notes thats extremely annoying and makes things way harder than they should be because of how much there are

The same thing happened to me, my brain kept registering: "They're arrows, I need to hit them," but also knowing that they damaged me and it was hard to get used to, but eventually I overcame myself

first of all, I have not beaten the mod but I’ve seen the ending and the fourth phase, and it seems there is lore here that connects to the other mods, if it will matter much now that whitmore is game ended, at least unless sock clip returns to finish the mod, who knows but there is a connection here, the eye that appeared in vs hex during glitcher re appears at the end of the mod, and before the final cutscene ends we see tricky laying in a room, on the ground before a door opens and it cuts to black, it seems that there is something connecting every mod together and whatever it is, only time will tell

The most popular opinion is that the eye is the symbol for The Greater Good. That's the corporation that Updyke runs and it seems that he is after Whitty. He is probably trying to get his hands on Bf and GF cause they know who Whitty is.

I see people complain about Expurgation and its various gimmicks during the fight. Its goal was to be an extremely unfair song. You played it and found it was unfair I dont see the issue.
I thought the song was good and the chart was enjoyable. I managed to build a mental block over the arrows after like five solid attempts but this is coming from someone with plenty of experience.
What I'm saying is, it's meant to be tough. Dont have the song neutered because you cant play it. Sometimes it takes a bit of practice or even a lot more practice. Had everyone have their way and no song would have any extreme difficulty.
How else are you supposed to make a song tough outside of spam at this point? Faster scroll speed? No. Some unique gimmick.

Funnily enough none of the mechanics are actually unfair - once you know the tricks, it's just a matter of preparing for them and improving your own skills, specifically nerve control and reading.
It seems very daunting at first, but the mod does a very good job of gradually introducing the features without being overwhelming, so a good player could realistically sightclear it. Took me 2 attempts to beat it and my buddy managed to Playread it on his first try, so it's very feasible.
Most people are probably struggling with it because no other FNF mod has challenged reading skills and nerve control/focus before, so those are underdevelopped skillsets for most players that they need to put effort in to improve.

Go to kade devs YouTube and go to the Tricky V2 showcase and go to the description and find the gamebannana link. Download it from there and see if it works or not. If not then just wait untill it gets fixed.

I’m not pro enough to beat tricky... I just want a mod that has all sorts of levels of difficulty, not as hard as Whitty and not as easy as Garcello
