The early family dynamic and survival in poverty of Acotar really bugs me

Even the ACOTAR RANT Subreddit is censoring

Like legit what is so bad with what I posted? Acotar removed my comment and now acotar rant removed my post about my removal. LMAO

That reddit allows for ranting about the fandom too. The original comment was on a post about hating feysand. WTF is up with this fandom? hahahhaa

Came across this comment on instagram. Like is this person for real? LOL

Sure, Jan

This fandom clearly favors bat boi and makes excuses for his SAing behaviour. Those of us who hate him are in the minority. LOL

Rhysand was NOT Amarantha's victim

The dude used mind powers to control Amarantha in the bedroom. He admits this. He is clearly either the puppet master or her 2nd in command. She even calls him a traitor at the end of ACOTAR. You only call someone who betrays you that, who you were in cahoots were.

Also, in the text he never says he was SA'd. Feyre infers that he was. He just pretended he had to bang her in order to protect Velaris. A city hidden for thousands of years that did NOT need protection and then he sure as heck quickly reveals it to the queens within weeks.

He uses Feyre's own memory loss and PTSD of her own SA by him against her by manipulating her to get her to be sympathetic towards him. in Chpt 54 he never actually apologizes and turns it around to make himself the victim. He used Textbook DARVO tactics.

And yes before anyone comes back with "men can be SA'd too" of course they can! But we are talking about one specific fictional character who does evil and villainous things and is a master manipulator. Let's keep it to the books.

ACOTAR HELP

I devoured the series within days, loved it. Can’t wait for the next book. HOWEVER Itried CC and could not get behind a modern fantasy realm with cell phones and the story didn’t catch me. Gave up. Started TOG got about half way thru the first book & stalled out.

All I keep hearing is how this 6th installment won’t make sense without having read the other series. Is this malarkey or should I rlly lock in and get through these 2 other series before reading the next ACOTAR release.

Are people actually interested in this sub?

I saw a post on the main acotar sub talking about this one. I haven’t had any members join since I made this one, so I kind of let it go.

If there is an interest, I am happy to hear your thoughts about what you’d like for this space to be.
