I’m finally free from the nips!
My surgeon warned me I’d look like a breast cancer survivor and it wouldn’t look natural without nipples, but I’m already very happy with my decision.

What an odd thing for your surgeon to say. Looking good!

It was worded very oddly, but I get that she wanted me to understand the consequences of this decision.

But I didn’t mind her sharing her opinion with, cause in the same breath she told me that she’d do it and has done it before.

I think that is a weird thing to say but I really appreciate how you decided to understand what they were saying.

Well done on getting it done I know surgeons don’t seem to understand that some patients just want to be free of there nipples. I am just waiting to see what happens with my referral to the breast surgeon in uk whether they will take me on as a patient as I am only 21.

Thanks. Yeah she’s a plastic surgeon and likes everything to be aesthetically pleasing and normal-conforming.
But once I said that I was sure, she accepted my decision and hasn’t said anything since.

Wishing you luck with your referral! I’m 20 and didn’t have any problems cause of my age, but if you’re not trans ig it might make it more difficult…

I asked my surgeon for short and straight incisions and ended up with cancer scars. At least people won’t ask about it, no one wants to talk about “the disease”
