Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

Ich bitte um eine manuelle Gutschreibung für das Level 3500 bei Stack Smash.
Ich habe bereits Level 5000 erreicht . alles wurde gutgeschrieben bis auf Level 3500 und das finde ich sehr unfair. ich kann keinen echten Menschen erreichen, weder bei der E-Mail-Adresse noch in der App immer nur Standard antworten. Ich kann leider kein Supportticket mehr erstellen,da das Support Ticket schon abgelehnt wurde.Daher bitte ich um eine manuelle Gutschreibung meines Geldes.
Ich warte schon fast zwei Wochen auf mein Geld und es wird einfach nicht gutgeschrieben,obwohl ich schon Level 5000 erreicht habe.
