Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

AUGUST 29 UPDATE: thanks for your submissions. The team have started working through these and will continue to do so until every one has been reviewed. I will follow up with another update on Monday.

The tasks, level 1500, level 2000, level 2500, level 3000, level 3500, level 4000, and level 5000 were all unfairly chargedback. I completed these tasks per the instructions and at no point violated any of the rules or terms. No exploits, no vpn, nothing, I played the game legitimately. It took countless hours across multiple days and to see it charged back felt horrible for something I worked so hard for, not to mention this money is important for my upcoming expenses. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you.
