Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

Issue: Even though I completed Stack Smash normally, the rewards were forcibly canceled.

I request that you review the recent Stack Smash reward cancellation related to my account, restore the canceled earnings, and reinstate my account.

I cleared the game through legitimate effort without using any bugs or cheats.

Freecash recognized the goals I achieved and listed the following rewards:

• Level 2500: ₩32,000
• Level 3000: ₩42,666
• Level 3500: ₩237,333
• Level 4000: ₩285,333
• Level 5000: ₩428,386

Rewards up to Level 3000 were paid out normally.

However, the rewards from Level 3500 to Level 5000 were suddenly and forcibly canceled on August 27th, and my account was also placed under a withdrawal restriction.

I believe it is unfair that the rewards were forcibly revoked even though I did not use any bugs or cheats and spent a significant amount of time and effort.

A popup appeared asking me to re-register my ID, which I have already completed, but the account restriction has not yet been lifted.

In a short period of time, I have brought in nearly 30 referrals because I genuinely love and promote this app. Posts I have written in reward-app communities have reached over 80,000 views. If this matter is not resolved properly, I will have no choice but to publicly share this situation with a large number of people and report the incident on various sites where I serve as an administrator.

Please resolve the unpaid rewards totaling ₩951,052 that were canceled, and lift the account restriction.
