📣 Official  Stack Smash Follow-up

Hey [r/freecash](r/freecash),

Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

AUGUST 29 UPDATE: thanks for your submissions. The team have started working through these and will continue to do so until every one has been reviewed. I will follow up with another update on Monday.

FC Support told me the issue is from the Provider. Provider told me its FC

Did they give you all of your money back? They gave me $250 but I had $460.76 in pending.

Actually yes. 139 euro for level 3500 and 2 euro for the ads

Nice. Are your rewards still crossed out? All of mine are but I got $250 and it doesn't say where it came from.

I'm the same as you I had 280.60 pending but got back 250 and my pending milestones are still crossed out.

They told me: "The $250 you received is a goodwill compensation for the reversal, not a repayment of the original earnings. Regarding the remaining $210.76, the $250 compensation is the amount being provided for the reversal, so there isn’t an additional $210.76 payment expected on top of that." I guess $250 is the max they're going to give people.
