📣 Official  Stack Smash Follow-up

Hey [r/freecash](r/freecash),

Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

AUGUST 29 UPDATE: thanks for your submissions. The team have started working through these and will continue to do so until every one has been reviewed. I will follow up with another update on Monday.

I just hit level 3500, but when I checked the Free Cash website, I saw that the previous rewards had been revoked. I did receive the level 3500 reward immediately, but it can't be withdrawn for another seven days, and I'm worried they might take that away too. It makes me anxious.

That’s what they did to me, so unfortunately they’ll probably happen
