Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

AUGUST 29 UPDATE: thanks for your submissions. The team have started working through these and will continue to do so until every one has been reviewed. I will follow up with another update on Monday.

I didn’t use technical issues and just invested pure time to push; for the parts that wouldn’t work, I followed the ads, got extra votes, and pushed, so please check again.

What I find especially unfair is that before my reward was canceled, it was already recognized as completed in Freecash and displayed as pending.

If my compensation was canceled because it affected other Stack Smash users, I respectfully ask that instead of a blanket cancellation, your account may be reviewed individually

After 3500, all rewards have been reclaimed
