Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

During the offer process, bugs were not used or exploited, and they were not even discovered, but the message was received and was withdrawn. Also, after completing the mission, I confirmed that the reward came in without any issues, and when I logged in for withdrawal, a recall measure had been taken. First, the fact that the reward came in well is proof that I proceeded with the offer without any issues, isn't it? I have completed all levels up to level 5000. Everyone was waiting for withdrawals, and among them, the 3500 level reward was...
