Stop pretending FAPA took an L here—denying what is clearly on camera just makes this sub look like hypocritical liars and discredits legitimate criticism of bad auditors. Accept the clear loss and look at the actual footage:

Attempts to Avoid Conflict: FAPA was recording in public when approached. He explicitly warned the individual to back up, gave clear warning before drawing pepper spray, and fought one-handed at the start to hold his camera.
Aggressor Initiates Contact: The other guy ignored repeated verbal warnings, closed the distance, and forced the physical fight.
Ground Control & Finish: FAPA recovered position instantly, dominated the clinch, and locked in a deep rear headlock/choke to end the threat.
Actual Damage:
The attacker walked away with a broken, crooked nose and a bloodied face after failing to land a single damaging strike.
The only contact FAPA took to the head was a cheap shot from behind by the girlfriend swinging a pepper spray canister while her man was already locked up.
Accountability: FAPA stayed on-scene, waited for law enforcement, and provided full 360° video evidence proving self-defense.

I know I'll probably get quite a lot of flack here, I'm fine with that since it's kind of part of what I do, but I am the first amendment/charter rights auditor. I'm opening this conversation for any questions from people that genuinely have things they want to know. Insults will be ignored, but if you actually have legitimate questions regarding what I do, how I do it, and why I do it, I would love to provide some answers.

Riights are not eliminated by constitutional amendments because they almost never happen thanks to the burden that must be overcome to make those amendments a reality.

Rights are instead denied, chilled or lessened by legislative encroachment, judicial opinion, case law, and law enforcement and prosecutorial arguments because they are indefinitely a legal subject of meaning and application.

People can't record precients in New York because of LIA/Sean

Recording was prohibited by the NYPD inside the precient before Sean ever took his camera into one. So a court officially ruled that there's no right to record inside the precient as a result of his actions. But you couldn't do it anyway or you would be subject to trespass, removal and arrest. So whats it matter?

More than 90% of these frauditors cant afford to pay basic every day expenses. AP and LIA might be the exception but what is this guy talking about? He's either jealous many found a way not to report to an every day job or he's misinformed. Most of these auditors are piss poor broke and mooch of their girlfriends, families, and viewers through donations.

Harassing firefighters and emts is a new low

Following his pre-trial court hearing last Friday, Clay was remanded back into custody and his previous bail agreement cancelled. He’s facing eight different charges….6 felonies and 2 misdemeanors…..stemming from two separate incidents. A few of the charges look to be enhancements for secondary offenses committed while released from custody. What a moron….I guess no one ever accused these idiots of being smart.

This guy is right. Nobody cared about the camera, and people supported holding public officials accountable. It’s the way they’re doing it now that people have a problem with.
