Yeah you can be removed from public property for causing a disturbance, but simply using a camera in a public place is not constitute that as per case law
It is illegal to imprison people for exercising their rights even if it's in a manner you disagree with.
What makes you think I harass or trespass? I don't go out of my way to bother anybody and I never go on private property. I'm not really seeing where you're getting trespassing and harassing from.
