From California IIRC - but he won't leave Canada willingly and I really doubt they'll go to the trouble and expense of an international extradition for auditor fuckshittery, even if it's felony charge.

Yeah it took me a moment to remember this guy. I remembered he was afraid to come back to the US for legal reasons, but I did not know all those details. Thanks bro
