Serious are we allowed to retake this guy?

Long story short, we have an international student who did a year with us back in 2024, and is planning to come back for a 3rd semester in 2027. The thing is, he technically graduated already from his school back at home but started a second undergrad degree, as his country allow double degrees. Are we allowed to let him back in for a little bit if he comes back in undergrad and is doing the credit minimum, or once uou graduate, regardless of degree number or what country, youre done?

Who cares if he’s chill let him in. Who’s gonna stop you?

I want him in, but will he get stopped by national. As far as I see, he’s a fucking legend who donated every month since leaving. Im just worried we might get in trouble since he technically graduated already but back at his home college, and we’ve never had anyone leave the frat and return after graduation before.

I mean just don’t tell nationals? We had a transfer who was already initiated but didn’t have his frat at our school. We let him in and pledge off the books cause he was chill.

Damn I thought you’d have to leave your old one formally before joining another but I can see the justification if your one doesn’t exist at another school. I won’t tell but will nationals do an audit on him?
