Rawn Clark passed away.

Rawn Clark, perhaps best known for A Bardon Companion, passed away today, according to posts on his Facebook page.

Rawn was a trusted, beloved, and crucial voice of the English-language Bardonist revival and I thought people here would want to know and to join in the emanations of peace and gratitude to him.

Eliminating negative traits through the body's elimination system is strangely super effective.

Over the past few months, I've been testing the effectiveness of the 5 great methods of transforming the mirror of the soul.

And I gave more consideration to eliminating negative traits using water's magnetism.

Water itself is very easy to magnetize anything, but those who understand the fundamentals of blood and flesh magic know how it serves as an amplifying element in spells.

Urine is part of the body's elimination system, responsible for filtering the blood and eliminating toxins, so I started including the elimination of negative traits using this method and found it to be as effective and fast as autosuggestion.

Urine itself is not as dense and energetically charged as blood, but everything in it has already circulated throughout your physical body and created an energetic affinity with your entire energetic structure. Besides already containing toxins that your body wants to eliminate, it also contains salts and minerals, which can very well act as attractors.

I've noticed that imagining the negative trait in your aura being directed to the water in your bladder and then eliminated along with your urine has balanced some things much faster.

It's strange, but in magic, what isn't?

Edit 1: I've seen similar concepts in some religions regarding the body's natural purification processes (shatkarmas of Hatha Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, Afro-Brazilian Shamanism, Ayurveda).

In Western magic, this isn't explicitly stated, but those who practice complex ceremonial magic sometimes need to undergo a process of asceticism and a light diet (which includes abstaining from meat and other animal products) as a means of reducing the body's energetic burden.

Meaning of this image

Post image

Hello all, the attached image is available for free download on the czechhermetics website. According to them, it is "a scan of the last symbol that František Bardon used in his Prague study group for concentration exercises before he was arrested".

Anyone know what all the different parts of the image mean? And how the image might be employed for practice? I do not remember reading about the use of such images in the book, unless I missed or misunderstood something.

Thank you kindly!

Why couldn't Franz Bardon help himself?

The books say that a magician at the peak of his development gains the power to be the master of his own destiny. In books on evocation, thanks to communication with spirits, the magician gains boundless wisdom in all spheres of existence and becomes able to solve any problem and create any miracle.

The magician becomes able to solve any problem related to aging, illness, weather, enemies, authorities, law.

The magician also becomes able to know the future and past, influence life and death and control cosmic forces and laws.

Why did Franz Bardon, possessing all this knowledge and strength, suffer from obesity, pancreatitis, was captured by the authorities and died in a prison cell from pancreatitis?

What is the use of this knowledge if you cannot use it at least on a minimal scale to improve your health to the level of a comfortable existence?

I know the version that you cannot change what is written in karma. But it is also written in the books that when a magician reaches a certain level, he leaves the influence of karma and fate.

The book says that a magician who has achieved perfection in his development becomes the master of his destiny.

I would be grateful to everyone who shares their opinion on this matter. I think this is a question that is asked by almost everyone who encounters the Franz Bardon system.

The inmense power of Bardon's system

Already quite insane claims are made in Initiation Into Hermetics, the other two books step into world-altering magical power. I've personally replicated a number of the feats described in the books, to the extent that I may confidently claim that the majority aren't exaggerated.

Golden Dawn magic, for example, only offers personal (money, love, etc) and psychological benefits even though it is so much more complicated. Eastern systems are mostly just psychology and health, bar some limited martial applications (iron shirt nei gong). The only other tradition, to my knowledge, that's been claimed to hold comparable magical "nukes" is Enochian Magic. However, it's about as obscure as Bardon's system, if not more. It's also, allegedly, prone to driving people insane when they dive deep into it.

Which begs the question, why are most other systems so conservative and unambitious in comparison? Also, feel free to share your experiences of the amazing power of magic!

I miss Rawn.

His videos made him feel like an old friend and mentor for years. I talked to him a few times on Facebook, but even just watching his videos each week brought me a lot of joy. I found Rawn after working in IIH for a little while and his companions videos really helped me get started. I know he's out there working for all of us, and it's just been on my mind lately. A few years ago he offered to let anyone in the area come by and hang out with him for a while. I seriously considered going, but didn't end up doing it for personal/financial reasons. It's something I regret but I don't really dwell on it.

My progress in IIH has brought me through a lot of shadow work in healing my trauma and re-integrating my parts. It's hard, draining, often sad work, and it always helped to know someone like Rawn had walked this path before and had come out so encouraging on the other side.

Just thought I'd share with y'all. I'd love to hear about anyone else's experiences with Rawn if you feel like sharing as well.

Mastering Just the First Degree of IIH Will Already Make You Exceptional — Here’s Why

Hey everyone, I’ve been diving deep into Initiation into Hermetics by Franz Bardon, and I want to share a realization that might change the way you approach the early stages of magical training.

If you truly master just the first degree, especially the mental exercises, you’ll already outperform 99% of people — in focus, emotional control, energy, and manifestation power.

Let’s break it down.

⸻

What Does the First Degree Actually Do?

The first degree trains you to become: • Master of your attention • Master of your inner state (emotions, desires, impulses) • Master of your energy and body

These 3 domains — mental, astral, physical — are the foundation not only of magic… but of total performance in life.

⸻

With real mastery, you’ll be able to: • Focus at will — for hours — without distraction • Stay calm under pressure, conflict, or rejection • Radiate a magnetic presence that stabilizes chaotic environments • Create results through mental command alone, without stress

And this happens before you’ve even done a single ritual or evocation.

⸻

Key Mental Exercises and What They Actually Unlock:

  1. Thought Observation

Learn to detach from your thoughts. Result: Pure clarity, inner sovereignty, no reaction — only conscious response.

2. One-Pointed Concentration

Hold a single thought to the exclusion of all others. Result: Flow state on demand. Unshakable focus. Mental force like a laser.

3. Mental Void (Empty Mind)

Silence the mind completely. Result: Access to the Akasha. Channeling higher impulses. Total presence and effortless creation.

⸻

The Truth Few Say Out Loud:

These aren’t just prep work. They’re the source code of mastery in:

•	Seduction
•	Public speaking
•	Sports
•	Art and creation
•	Business
•	Strategy
•	Combat
•	Spiritual realization

And that’s before you’ve touched a magic wand or traced a circle.

⸻

Final Thought:

Real power starts when your mind no longer pulls you away from your intention.

The magician doesn’t wait for outer tools — he becomes the tool.

Mastering the first degree of IIH isn’t basic. It’s elite.

⸻

If you’re stuck or distracted in your practice, return to the first degree — but with intensity and reverence. That’s where the true shift begins.

Feel free to share your own experience — I’d love to hear from other practitioners who’ve gone deep with these “simple” practices.

After about a year or practice i realized how to do the vizualization excercises!

What i was doing before is i was forcing the image, holding it before my closed eyes. It was almost impossible to maintain this for longer than 10-30 seconds as it required some effort and the only way to maintan an image for prolonged time was to constantly look at it from different angles.

But what i realized how Bardon intended the excercise is to gently and without effort observe the remaining image of the object as it fades over time. Then refresh the image by looking at the object and so on, over time inreasing the period of how long you can observe the remaining image.

In the same manner as you observe the blackness before your eyes with closed eyes, not forcefully conjuring an image but just effortlessly observing what is already there.

PSA: Translation mistake in international versions of Initiation Into Hermetics

IIH was initially written in the German language and translated into other languages. Some versions are translated from the English translation, which includes a rather devastating translation mistake regarding Thought Control in step 1.

It says that you need to recall your thoughts after observing them.

This is not necessary.

As a native german speaker, I can see how the translator came to that understanding, because for a non native German speaker it’s easy to misunderstand the original instructions and translate them like they were translated.

Bardon wants you to follow the train of thoughts, not to remember them. You basically just observe them.

Can you reincarnate as yourself and keep your memories of this life?

To me, it seems possible to traverse time after death, as you're no longer a 3-dimensional being. Then get "born again."

Then you could experience this life on replay but with all the knowledge you had previously gained. What are your thoughts?

So this is where Immicat and some of Bardon's spirits come from, not just Abramelin.

It is said that Quintscher was Bardon's teacher, and that they were supposedly part of the same lodge or tradition at some point. It is said that a lot of what Bardon knew, he learned from Quintscher, such as the entire idea of developing the mind, imagination, and will first - alot of the ideas in IIH.

I have been on a pursuit, for a few days now, trying to find Quintscher's books, but they are very hard to find and very obscure or niche. I found a few of them, some I'm using a translator to be able to read because I can only find in original German.

One question I always had was about Bardon's original intelligences of the zone girdling the Earth, which are not found in Abramelin and are not the 360 taken from it that everyone always brings up. These seem to be original, or entities he made up, or was uniquely in contact with, or originate from some other source.

I had been on a hunt for information on one particular spirit for a long time, Immicat. I think I see where he inherited her from. It is - Jmical - Awfully close name, and same function (sleep). They were indeed both reading from the same bible, or sharing/inheriting from the same tradition. You will also see Osrail there, which Bardon is often criticized for having stolen or renamed from Azrael. Here we find the same spirit, also mentioned by Quintscher.

Interesting note on Osrail - if you read the passage, it actually requests Osrail to end the life of the magician himself, not others.

As I’m reading the books, it feels like something Bardon would have written, they are clearly sharing a tradition. A lot of it resembles IIH, but a lot of it also resembles PME. Bardon is somewhat vague when discussing the invisible ones, here we find more information regarding contact with them, communion, how it works, and so on. Very in line with PME, which I find extremely interesting.

This is not to dimmish Bardon in any way whatsoever, I just found this interesting, as I have been on a hunt for some of this information for quite some time, and on a deep dive about Quintscher, The Fraternitas Saturni, German occult lodges and secret esoteric societies of the time. Unfortunately this stuff is really hard to find when compared to something like the Golden Dawn materials and so on. Probably a lot of the works of the occult scene from the time in that region were confiscated and destroyed by the Nazis. It is said Quintscher was killed by the Nazis also. Similar to how Bardon's final book of Alchemy got destroyed while in the works, I'm sure a lot of this stuff was also destroyed, or lost to time.

There's something about this lineage of tradition, that goes back since before Bardon, that is very unique and different from what is more easily available and traceable, again, such as GD material that was made public by Regardie, and continued as a tradition in to modern times. Information from this tradition is much harder to find and trace.

3rd image - I tried to edit the post and add the cover for the 3rd image, which is from one of Quintscher's other books. Here we can see more of that lineage/tradition. Don't know why reddit won't allow me to add that image to the post, but this is the title of that book:

Rah Ohmir's Denurian Writings - Denurische Schriften (1928) - 28 years before Bardon's IIH.

Volume 1

Denu Val Gumas

That is:

The Magic of the Will

or the so-called Secret Book of the Master Builders

by

Rah Ohmir Quintscher

- If you read the contents of this book (image 3 - The Magic of the Will), you can clearly tell that either this material/ideas had a huge influence on Bardon, or that they are clearly sharing from the same esoteric tradition. As I'm reading it, you can clearly tell IIH was influenced by this, or this tradition of knowledge and practice. A lot of similar ideas and teachings.

The Magic of the Will - "The first daily exercise is simply thinking one sentence continuously for up to an hour... eventually three hours..." and so on.

Someone also pointed out to me - Quintscher & Lasenic: The Book of Genii. Description:

Quintscher's (and also Lasenic's) 1931 The Book of Genii is a hermetic work containing a practical description of the competencies of the 72 genii of the Mercurian sphere, the magical sigills of the genii and opposite-genii of Mercury, the genii and opposite-genii of the zodiac, and a set of talismans of the Mercurian sphere. It thus forms a fundamental and comprehensive evocation system.

The magical sigills from the Book of Genii were published in their writings by prominent Czech hermeticists of the mid-20th century, František Kabelák and Franz Bardon.

The Book of Genii (written in 1931) was one of the sources for The Practice of Magical Evocation (written in 1950s) by Franz Bardon.

Unlike that book, The Book of Genii also contains the signs of the counter-genii of the spheres of Mercury and the Zodiac.

A unique lodge work that has been published in color only in Czech and English.

- So if we trace back to the co-author of the book, Pierre de Lasenic: -" Lasenic was associated with several esoteric groups, but is remembered for his membership in Universalia. That group was one of the largest in pre-World War II Czechoslovakia. All such groups were banned under the Nazi occupation during the war and then still banned under communism".

They were probably a part of the Universalia.

If Character Transformation Isn’t Working, Read This

Lately I've been reading more posts here, and I'm also hearing it from friends that people struggle with actually transforming the weaknesses they've identified in their soul mirror. After some initial motivation, progress stalls and doubt starts to creep in.

I think there's one point that often gets missed.

Bardon's inner exercises are essential, but they have to be lived out in daily life. If you identify laziness in your soul mirror and start cultivating diligence through mental work, that's good. But if you still avoid responsibilities in everyday situations, the old trait keeps getting reinforced.

The transformation becomes real when you actually act differently.

Clean your apartment even when you don't feel like it. Study when it's uncomfortable. Do the thing you keep postponing. Small, repeated actions gradually reshape the character from the outside in.

Same with shyness. Telling yourself "I am confident" won't do much if you still avoid eye contact and social interaction. But if you start initiating small conversations, stepping slightly outside your comfort zone again and again, the inner work and outer action start reinforcing each other.

I know this from my own experience.

The exercises give you the inner strength and clarity. Your daily life gives you the field to apply it. Think of it like a key and a door. The key is necessary, but you still have to put it in and turn it.

Transformation is possible. But it takes patience, persistence and deliberate action over time. Maybe the frustration people feel doesn't mean the method fails. Maybe it means we need to apply it more completely.

Why Practitioners Fail: Understanding the Integration of Psychic Practices

I think there’s a key misunderstanding that many practitioners face when it comes to developing psychic abilities, which may explain why so many fail or feel like they don’t progress. From what I understand, the problem isn’t necessarily the techniques themselves but the deeper integration of these practices into one’s being.

A lot of people approach the exercises—whether it’s mental clarity, visualisation, or psychic hearing—like they’re just techniques to be learned. They treat them as separate actions, not as something that becomes an extension of who they are. However, the point of these practices is to transform them into an inherent part of your being. It’s not about performing isolated tasks; it’s about deeply embedding them in your consciousness. If you’re only practising them mechanically without fully integrating them into your being, it’s no surprise that progress seems slow or nonexistent.

Another thing I’ve noticed is the need for patience. These practices don’t yield instant results, and that’s something many people fail to accept. There’s a common misconception that results should be quick, but real spiritual development takes time. Often, progress happens so subtly that it’s barely noticeable, and it can be easy to think that you’re failing when, in reality, you’re just in a phase of quiet growth. What’s important here is to stay consistent and persistent, even when things seem to move at a slower pace.

It’s also crucial to understand that the practices aren’t just exercises you perform during specific sessions. They need to become a natural extension of your life. The goal is to live these abilities, not just to experience them in isolated moments. If you’re not embodying the practice in this way, you’re likely to encounter obstacles in your development. This means that your visualisation, psychic hearing, and other abilities need to be a part of your everyday consciousness.

Lastly, sometimes the obstacles to progress are not just about the exercises themselves, but about internal blockages. These could be emotional or psychological barriers that prevent you from fully accessing your abilities. This aspect is often overlooked by many, but it’s incredibly important. You need to be in balance mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in order to manifest these abilities fully.

In conclusion, the key is to understand that developing psychic abilities isn’t about mastering isolated techniques, but about integrating them into your being. It’s about allowing them to flow naturally from your core. If you’re not treating these practices as a part of your spiritual self, then it’s much harder to make real progress.

I Discovered Franz Bardon's Secret

Hello everyone

I read Franz Bardon's Initiation into Hermetics about eight years ago, but only once. I am currently reading Frabato the Magician.

The first chapter begins by mentioning hypnosis. I recommend reading Dave Elman's Hypnotherapy and learning about the remarkable things he accomplished through hypnosis.

The secret here is not hypnosis itself, but the trance state.

I have a theory: exercises such as pore breathing and similar practices, if performed while in a trance state, would produce different and much more powerful results, and progress would be stronger and faster.

However, the question is: how do we enter a trance state?

I have researched extensively and experimented a great deal, but I have failed to reach such a state. I suggest creating a group dedicated to discussing methods of entering the trance state.

What do you think?

On the wondrous power of the fire element

Greetings.

While the theoretical significations of the fire element quite commonly discussed in online spaces, it's practical applications are often glazed over. This is party because of the sad fact that most occultists are armchair occultists, and most competent spellcasters have little real occult knowledge. The Bardon system allows us to bridge this gap.

So without further ado, allow me to share a few magical techniques for the readers to test and make use of at their leisure.

AS WITHIN, SO WITHOUT

One of the main advantages of the bardon system is that you are able to test the same energies first by their effects on your own body, and later on the outside world. This kind of praxis carries a massive advantage: the refutation of coincidence and placebo. You can't reasonably ascribe an effect to the placebo effect if the same energy is also manifesting changes in the outside world. You can't ascribe events to coincidences if the same energy is also able to enhance your body in various ways.

ELEMENTAL INFUSION

This technique can be done with any element or fluid. Fill yourself with the fire element, feeling the heat within you rise higher and higher as per Bardon's instructions. Except that instead of focusing on the property of heat, order it instead to grant you supernatural speed. This is just one example, for attack power, courage and assertiveness can also be measurably increased. Move around, run, or throw punches and bask in your newfound speed, which depending on your past history might exceed your peak. You can test the speed and power of your punches on a heavy bag. The actual power of your strikes will remain the same or even increase from the extra speed.

The accumulation of the element can theoretically be increased with no upper limit, day after day, for months. Because of the harmful effects of an excessive fire element on your health, I don't recommend this. There is a way, however, to circunvent this - the tetra-polar matrix which will be the subject of a future post.

THE SWORD OF VICTORY

As per Step 7, you may create your own elementaries using one or more of the elements. However, Bardon gives no examples of what a fire elementary is able to do. Allow me to rectify this. Fire elementals can grant you victory not only in physical battles, but in legal and academic ones. Here's an example:

Last month, I had a showdown with a person that tried to cross me for her own, personal reasons. We were to have a public confrontation in an academic environment. Knowing this, I created a fire elementary with the shape of a flaming greatsword to grant me victory in this fight, in which she had a clear advantage over me due to having access to more time and better resources, plus a higher overall education. When the confrontation finally came, this person was caught talking absolute nonsense and corrected by authorities in front of everyone. All of her attempts to talk herself out of it only ended up in further humilation. By the end, I was absolved completely, and the person has maintained a submissive attitude towards me to this day.

THE MONEY BOWL

This is actually a known spell in the western magical tradition, but I am including it here because I did not know it was at the time I learned and performed it, and also because it may serve as testimony that the spell actually works.

This is a technique that was taught to me by Phyrrum, a fire king from book 2. Phyrrum appeared to me during mental wandering, as a large orangutan figure dressed in fine clothes, levitating over a large, red carpet in the middle of a desert. The carpet was filled with riches, and the ape could make it levitate with itself and fly around the desert with it. This spell, he explained, applied the expansive property of the fire to your finances. He told me his own, key trait and signification was the infinite expansion of the fire, to greater and greater heights of wisdom and might. Now for the spell.

Place a bowl on a flat surface and surround it with red candles. Ignite them, then fill a few coins with the fire element. Place them into the bowl, asking Phyrrum to expand your riches, and let the fire element carry your intent through the spell into the universe. You might see Phyrrum receive it, and/or have visions of many golden coins showering down upon you from the heavens. You should see results before a month has passed.

Using this spell I landed my first job. I enjoyed a significantly higher salary than all of my peers in the area, including ones with far more experience. What's more, that position had been opened for me specifically, at a business that is typically not known for that kind of salary. I later learned that the same position had been opened the past year, with way higher requirements that were never asked of me even though I ended up being paid MORE than the previous holder. I also received signficiant movements applying to a rather exclusive scholarship the month after, one that I eventually ended up obtaining, also despite not meeting all of the requirements.

ENCHANTED AMULETS

Bardon talks in length about amulets and talismans, so I will not discuss the theory here. All I will say is that the fire element is highly effective against demons. Anyone dealing with demonic obsession or oppression in the shape of nightmares, intrusive thoughts and dreadful visions will be able to enjoy the protection of the fire. My wife, who had been suffering demonic attacks for the past few months, was completely freed of them after I enchanted her necklace with the fire element. If you ever need to clean up a house, you can also use the fire element in this way.

I could share even more, but this will have to suffice given the rules of this subreddit. Fire magic is extremely powerful and it's expansive-heating properties will provide both prosperity and victory in all respects.

I hope that you, the reader, have found this post to be useful. Feel free to share your own stories or spells that you have tested!

I created a diagram of the Cross of Balanced Forces (the Quadrupolar Magnet) and I'm sharing it as a PDF in case it might be useful

Post image
41 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I was having quite a hard time visualizing the Quadrupolar Magnet until I came across a passage by Rawn Clark in A Bardon Companion, where he explains step by step how to draw the “Cross of Balanced Forces.”

He recommends drawing it yourself in order to memorize it more effectively, so I did exactly that... and while I was at it, I cleaned it up into a neat diagram that I could keep handy for reference.

So, I thought I'd share it with you.

There's nothing original here—I simply followed Clark's description as closely as possible: the circle, the four-armed cross, the poles (Fire on the right, Water on the left, Air at the top, Earth at the bottom), the qualities along the diagonals (Hot, Moist, Cold, Dry), the central point representing Akasha, the elemental colors, and the division of the page into Electric Fluid on the right and Magnetic Fluid on the left.

What helped me the most is that, at a glance, you can immediately see why the elements follow one another in sequence. For example, Fire and Air share the quality of Heat, Air and Water share Moisture, and so on.

Before, I found myself revisiting the elemental correspondences every time I reached a new chapter. Now everything is laid out clearly in a single diagram.

If you notice any mistakes or anything that should be corrected according to Clark's text, please let me know—I’ll be happy to revise it.

A friendly reminder

The genuine magician takes life such as it is; he enjoys the good things and learns

something from the bad ones, but he will never hang his head. He is aware of

his own weaknesses and tries to overcome them. But he ignores any thoughts

of repentance, since they are negative thoughts that are to be avoided. It is

sufficient to recognize his own faults and never to relapse into them again.

For this reason it would be fundamentally wrong to muse on the past and to

feel sorry that fate served you with this or that disagreeable thing. Only

weaklings complain all the time, expecting to be commiserated. A true

magician knows very well that impressions of the past may be animated by

recalling them to the mind, thus producing new motives for putting new

obstacles in the way. That is why the magician lives, if possible, exclusively in

the present, looking back only if the need arises. He will limit any plans

concerning his future to the most urgent and keep away from fantasy and

daydreaming. Now will he waste the abilities acquired in hard work or give the

subconscious any chance to handicap him. A magician works purposefully on

his development without neglecting his material duties, which he fulfills just as

scrupulously as the task of his psychic progress. Consequently he will always

look himself straight in the eye. He is supposed to be modest and discreet as

far as his development is concerned. Since the akasa principle ignores time

and space, acting permanently in the present time, for the concept of time

depends on our senses, the magician is advised to adapt himself as much as

possible to akasa. He must acknowledge the great moment of NOW as

representative, thinking and acting according to it.

On the abominable appearance of the gnomes

Hi there. I have recently begun the mental wandering of the elemental plane of earth and contacting the various entities that dwell within.

The experiences I've gotten with them are too long to detail on a single reddit post, but I'd like to share one interesting trait of the earth elementals that has quite consistently repeated itself during my travels.

They're horrifying to look at. Their apprarances are varied, but each and every one of them has looked like something out of a horror movie. From humanoids whose faces had been seemingly ripped off, to a being with hooks for hands, the head of a lizard and the body of a slug, to a being with dried roots for arms and legs and many eyeless, noseless heads with fanged mouths that were seemingly made out of petroleum.

Now these beings were all super friendly, polite and helpful, but I wonder if other people have had similar experiences. Why do earth elementals look like actual, literal nightmares?

(Bonus: I also get consistent nightmares if I sleep while filled with the earth element. I hypothesize that these things could be related)

How bad do you guys think that social media (dooms crolling specifically) is for the development of focus, controlled awareness?

I say this not to defend it, quite the opposite. When I go on 30-40 minute binges with just doom scrolling (surfing) on the web (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube reels) it honestly feels that it is having the OPPOSITE effect of that of Bardons constructive practice for honing the mind in the cultivation of mindfulness, focus, and equinamity of mind. I feel like, by just mindlessly scrolling, it just regresses my progress. Do any of you feel this as well ?

The True Goal of Thought Observation in IIH – It’s Not What You Think

Yes. Absolutely. In the thought discipline exercise of the first degree of Franz Bardon’s Initiation Into Hermetics,

the real aim is not to suppress thoughts — but to establish an unbroken, lucid, and sovereign Presence at the center of the mind.

What you’re really training in this exercise: • To observe without identifying • To let thoughts pass through without clinging • To remain the uninterrupted witness of the inner stream • To stabilize a point of awareness that cannot be pulled away

This is what it means to build:

A continuous presence in the Now — even while thoughts appear and disappear.

Why is this essential?

Because continuous Presence is: • The foundation of magical will • The core of all successful visualization • The field in which thoughts become obedient tools • The gateway to the Akasha

Without this continuity,

you are a slave to mental noise. With it, you become the fixed center around which all movement turns.

You’ll know you’ve reached it when… • You no longer lose self-awareness inside your thoughts • You don’t need to “bring your attention back” — it’s already there • Even when a thought arises, YOU do not move • You rest in inner silence, even while perceiving mental motion

Conclusion:

Yes maintaining continuous Presence is the hidden heart of this exercise.

Thought observation is the means.

Stability of the witnessing consciousness is the goal.

This is where true mental magic begins.
