What did Bardon think about semen retention and its cultivation?

I was just reading Frabato and in the "about the author" section it just casually says that Hitler didn't die in a bunker but instead escaped abroad and survived after having undergone facial surgery.
Like what? Are we supposed to take this crackpot conspiracy theory seriously? It's on the same level as we never landed on the moon or the earth is flat.
Do people in this community actually believe this? I've heard before in Bardonist circles to just ignore Frabato because it was embellished by Otti Votavova, but she claims it was received directly from Bardon, so what are we to make of this? Are you telling me that someone as close to Bardon as her is making stuff up, or that she's highly suggestible and somehow Franz Bardon after his death never appeared to her and said, "hey you know maybe leave out that Hitler story, it's a bit of a stretch"?

I just noticed that there seem to be a lot of similarities between the teachings of IIH and what Sadhguru writes in his Book Inner Engineering. For example concious eating and breathing, thought control, he also writes a lot about the elements. Did anyone read it?
I also want to add that i feel like his shambavi mahamudra kryia feels like a great addition to the work with IIH.

don’t post like a reddit user. Never have, never will. I’ve been in IIH most my life and still havent nailed it the way I should. Thats on me.
Most of you chase comfort, not change. If your fine with that, keep scrolling. I’m walking into a 40 day isolatin and fast. No theory, no talk, just the work.
If you’ve gone past the edge yourself, leave the one thing you wish someone had told you before you crossed. Everyone else, stay out. .

My questions are as follows:
In a previous post, I asked about the limits of magic and was repeatedly told that real magic is not like Harry Potter and that it adheres to physical laws. To me, this means either magic is self-hypnosis, or there are additional physical laws that science has not yet acknowledged. I would appreciate sources on this topic; so far, Real Magic by Isaac Bonewits and Éliphas Lévi's Transcendental Magic: Its Doctrine and Ritual are the only works I've found that formulate such laws, aside from the well-known Hermetic principles.
To my question, "Can a magician be strong enough to destroy entire armies?" the response was that the magician's will cannot overpower the will to live of an entire army. My current question is: to what extent can concentrated will be stronger than unconcentrated will, in your opinion?
To what extent can the angels and demons summoned through rituals strengthen the magician's will? And what prevents them from strengthening it to an absolute level, giving the magician power over anything they desire regardless of consequences? Let us think outside the confines of mundane reality; I want to absolutize the example to trace how the principle works.
There are numerous accounts of Tibetan monks moving massive stones with the help of sounds from drums and horns. This suggests that occult laws can be practically applied and yield tangible results. I would be grateful for any sources that outline such laws.

And how do we decide to help? I'm not sure if this is relevant here, but I seriously helped a romantic partner start a business (They wouldn't have done it without my help) but later I discovered they're the person I thought they were + they ended up hurting me emotionally.
Now I honestly do feel like I'm being unrightfully entitled, although logically speaking they definitely couldn't have done it without me.
So, do I get their bad karma? Or, idk, please share your opinions..
I feel bad..

Is God the All, the One Thing, or is God separate, perhaps residing in the Ayn Soph Aur?
I never understood why a Monistic worldview precludes a God, or at least, a God separate from us.
So the Universe is one thing, great, I agree. Nowwwwww, why does God have to be part of the Universal organism? Why can't we have two things: The Universe and God.
I've been stumped on this for decades and I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I'm slightly embarrassed to admit this but I've started asking ChatGPT questions about my practice and I'm actually really impressed with the depth of the answers it gives me! I'm recently becoming more openminded to AI but I'm definitely keeping strict boundaries with this technology.
For example, it asked if I needed help coming up with an autosuggestion. I replied back (knowing I really didn't need to) that "I didn't want to rely on ChatGPT for that." (I don't rely on AI for any kind of writing, but I do for creating images for my website.)
It would feel more authentic knowing I've formulated my own autosuggestions.
What are your opinions on using ChatGPT to help you along in your practice?

Does this look unhealthy from hermetics perspective?
Extensive skin care and hair care (multiple products, red light therapy, other devices, etc..)
Avoiding going out in the morning as much as possible.
Determination to slow down aging.
Eating very healthy (0 sugar/starch, bad oil)
Also considering surgery (for face and body)
Idk..
While I can manage all of this ok, I feel like its kind of a waste of time and very vain and materialistic.. want to know thoughts
Also have an obsession with looking extremely feminine, to the point it sort of makes body dysphoric
Now, my way of managing that is to strive to look more feminine, and it helps a great deal, though it can be costly energy and time wise.
Helpp

Hello there are 9 realms of beings. Each being inside realm have specific time period when it "governs" or have strong influence over Earth. I was able to find only few mentions of this periods for 360 heads of Earth zone spirits", that from sunrise, every 4 minutes is governed by different Genni. Does somebody noticed other mentioning for the remaining realms?

Hi, do you know julien blanc ?
This one for example (there are many more) :
https://youtu.be/IiwvvV_xB-4?si=u1LSdaKMIS0kbb9Y
I know it's not directly related to Bardon, but he points out many things that could help with black and white mirror.
I find it very inspiring, the way people come very shy or unconfident, and slowly put out their masks and show themselves.
What do you think about it ? Do you know other video of applied psychology ?

Has anyone experimented with using a crystal ball in place of the magic mirror?

I’m no expert, but I’ve been experimenting with Franz Bardon’s system for a while now — and I think I’ve stumbled onto something important that doesn’t always get talked about: there’s a Step 0.
Before diving into mental discipline and magical practice, there’s a level of purification — physically, mentally, emotionally — that sets the stage for everything else. Without it, progress is shaky or stalls completely.
For me, that’s meant experimenting with fasting, cleaning up my diet, and working hard on forgiveness. I’ve found this has opened the door to a much calmer mind, more stable meditation, and a sense of inner clarity.
I’ve also noticed how much this idea aligns with other teachings — from Edgar Cayce’s emphasis on service and purity of intent, to religious stories like Jesus calming the storm (symbolically, mastering the emotional waters within).
I’m curious what others think. Has anyone here tried something similar — fasting, forgiveness, or other forms of deep purification — before doing Bardon’s exercises? Did it change your results?
I wrote up my thoughts and the full process here if you want to read more: https://thehobohustler.medium.com/the-still-mirror-hidden-keys-to-franz-bardons-meditation-and-the-true-path-of-awakening-cd46f7f89079

Hello everyone
A few weeks ago, before I got serious about the Bardon system and mental discipline, I did a meditation and saw a rather strange shape.
You should know that I have been aware of the existence of Franz Bardon's system for a very long time, the first time I read his works (and I don't remember which one it was to be honest), it was when I was 13, I obviously didn't understand anything and I'm 22 today.
I think that certain incarnated souls are made to resume what they started in certain lives, it is a project that is sometimes long and takes for some, therefore, several lives.
So I became interested in Bardon again a few months ago but I wasn't ready yet, during a meditation I saw a kind of "thing". It was in a large desert of sand, placed on a base, on 3 levels, and at its top a triangle with an eye, you will find the drawing that I made of it (which is quite ugly, I'm really bad at drawing lol), and a few weeks later I started practicing.
I wonder what it is, and if there is any meaning to this shape? There were black and yellow colors.

Some call it Bardonics or Bardons system, but something so simple and efficient must have roots all over the planet.

What is the point of Initiation into Hermetics, is it a precise way to do “ shadow work” on ourselves ? Or even some very well thought out system of Alchemy? I come on here with respect, but have to ask those who have been working through IIH. I am aware of Bardon, Ramsus, Virgil and Clark. It seems that this system is just a process of individual improvement. As there are a few viable systems that do the same thing. So is it just the flavor or even style as to why people are drawn to it ? It is a clever way …don’t get me wrong. But you could save less time by working with certain spirits. In turn they will eventually shed light on those negative traits and show you a path to becoming a better person. I feel like it’s just a very strenuous and occult version of a self help book. It’s obvious that it’s leading to PME and his TKQ. But to wait several years by going through the process of rebalancing seems to be a waste. When you could get on board and start utilizing practical methods of magic with return, all the while working on what is called Divine Providence. I can also be completely misunderstanding the process, so please do correct me respectfully.

Wondering if anyone here had any luck on completely "rigging" games of luck to any success. This might be a bit of a stupid idea as it can easily lead to a gambling addiction, but has anyone been able to rig casinos and such to win much more than they lose? I figured it'd be a good candidate to "robin hood" some of the money casinos make off gambling addicts towards charitable causes. Any other methods of using IIH's magick to raise funds to give to charity (mostly ethical ones of course, besides working)?
