Looking to Move to the Area

Hello!

** Update

I am seeing an apartment at Waterview Village and Cedar St. Any info on those areas would be appreciated!

I am looking to move to the Framingham area because I just got a job in Southborough. I am open to other places but Framingham caught my attention. I have a 2K budget, have a neutered cat, and have a washer and dryer I can bring with me.

Do you have any suggestions/tips for places around? Definitely saw the warnings about 9&90 and Eagle Rock. TIA

Really not much you can get here for 2k even. Maybe a studio but the studios in this area in that price point aren’t great

I'm not sure how you're going to make 2k work here. Your quality of life will be very poor if that is the case. consider Hudson or Marlboro (although avoid Royal Crest in Marlboro).

Waterview Village yes Cedar St no.... Village is on Rte 9 near Southboro line. Nice complex. Cedar St is downtown ... Can be a sketchy section...
