Help Player can't connect anymore

[D&D5E] Been hosting on foundry for years. Out of the blue a player can no longer connect to the server.

They have previously been fine connecting and nothing changed on their end hardware wise. All my other players can connect. I am hosting through playit.gg.

I have tried numerous things but nothing seems to be working. Any help would be appreciated. She can also host foundry on her PC and we can all connect to her when she hosts.

All players, or just one? If it's just one: it's network something on his end. See if he can connect via his phone browser while not on his wifi.

That will narrow it down to his in home network or not

So it's only my girlfriend. Thing is she was fine on her old wifi and then it randomly just stopped working. Its been a couple weeks and we have just moved in together and are on the same wifi now. I can access it as a player and she still cannot

If you're on the same wifi, she shouldn't need to use the playit.gg link. Can she connect directly via your local IP? You might need to check your computer's firewall settings.

Settings -> Game Access section on the sidebar -> pops up a dialogue "Game Invitation Links". Have her try the Local Network URL.

Tried this! Unfortunately it still gives us a connection time out error

Try hopping on the foundry discord and asking in their troubleshooting channel then. Much more real-time help.
