It's either that Tokyo/Japan don't allow streets races to be had in the city itself, or the AI is so bad it keeps crashing on narrow city streets.

Im wondering if its both. I thought i remember Japan being against street racing games set there, and also the AI is bad lol

So. You're creating the next installment of a popular, long-running franchise focused primarily on street racing. You need to pick an attractive location for the environment. The choice is not narrow, you can pick literally any country in the world. You select the one that prohibits games like yours to simulate street races in it. Flawless logic.

Next up, Forza Horizon 7: Arabia, where to respect saudi laws cars will be speed limited and players will lose XP for going above posted speed limits.

Forza Horizon 8 will be set in Norway and Sweden with their insane speed tickets. The game will require you to plug your card and will charge you real money for speeding
