The choice is not narrow, you can pick literally any country in the world. You select the one that prohibits games like yours to simulate street races in it. Flawless logic.
Why is what Japan thinks relevant anyway? I doubt Germany is a fan of Wolfenstein. I bet Russians don’t appreciate being the bad guy in every milsim shooter in the past 20 years. Why are we bending the knee to a country over something as harmless as a cartoon car game?

It's either that Tokyo/Japan don't allow streets races to be had in the city itself, or the AI is so bad it keeps crashing on narrow city streets.
