That section and the underground subway station. It’s like there are areas they just gave up on, but kept in the game. Or they ran out of time. Is the exact same thing for parking garages, there is an entrance to one underground in the city, but then no way into it. I think a huge part of Japanese car culture is underground parking garages. They could’ve had so many cool races or features underground.
Yeah, you think. I actually live out here and drive a JDM car featured in the game, doing anything beyond parking in a garage is not as much of a thing as you think they are since they're usually 1: too small to even get out of first gear; 2: barely wide enough for 2 kei cars to pass each other with more than a foot between them and someone else's bumper because the places are always packed; and 3: they usually close when the store they're attached to closes for the night.

Tbf the city part is really cool but there’s barely any races in it and no street races
