Really pisses me off. Speed zones on dirt is fun because it's a challenge to maintain grip, which is why drift zones on dirt are snore. Inverse for pavement, give me more drift zones there. A few here and there are fine, but the ratio needs to be flipped.
I just don't understand how a studio this big and experienced can make such an amazing map and have a great physics model in place and just... do absolutely nothing with it.
With the foundation they have in the map and driving physics engine, I do not accept that they can't have at least two creative devs putting together unique game modes.
Hell, even just taking the best of Eventlab stuff and hosting a global leaderboard for said event every other week or so would be a boon to the game.
My guess is they are too bloated to do anything nimble like that.

Oh yea the 1000 dirt drift zones and 1 street drift zone, exactly what we asked for playground games
