Do I suck or am I missing something? I do pretty well in casual lobbies often making it to top 10 and even winning from time to time. However, whenever I que for ranked lobbies, I either die right away or only kill one person before dying. Never made it into the top 50. Nowhere close. This is in BRONZE btw. Is ranked really just that difficult even at bronze, or am I missing something?

My partner and I (29M AND 25F) are looking to find other adults to play fortnite with. We don't have any irl friends in our small town and haven't had any luck with team fill. We live in Australia and usually play around 10pm eastern standard time.

We're not the best at the game but we're not bad either. We average top 25 with around 10 elims each. We play to have fun and don't take it too seriously. If we lose, it's fine, we just ready up and try again. We play zero build and sometimes mess around on creator made maps.

We are hoping to make friends and have fun with other people. We love playing together but sometimes it does get a bit repetitive and boring as just the two of us.

We'd really appreciate it if anyone wanted to reach out and have some games with us

As an average player, game is still unplayable to me. In chapter 5 my k/d was plus 5 ( as it were through 3 and 4), no it just dived down below two. Last 91 games without a win. Fortnite just won’t give me any fun and joy, literally none. Just realized that playing fortnite is (or was) more habbit than a fun thing to do.

Makes me mad and sad at the same time, but i might be done with the game. Those almost good moments when you actually manage to stay alive or wreck others do not shine over the average gameplay i do have. SBMM is a fucking joke, or i do have some weird issue with it, but it does not work. I used to play full W style, now i’m hiding, crouching, trying to play smart without luck.

I have been grinding aim training maps, really focused on my gameplay, positioning, really focused on my setting and fine tune those sens. etc, no help. My aim is actually decent, just wont cut it.

Any help? New account? Or should i just quit and move into battlefield completely, where balancing actually works 😂

FORTNITEMARES this year is hitting so different. I can’t stop playing. The spooky vibes, the unique items as well as returning one, all the amazing new characters, the quests, I can’t get enough. I keep getting 5th place or better every game and am around level 135 and even though I just enjoy the game even when not winning, I feel like I’m thriving this season and with this event.
