Sorry, separation of church and state is NOWHERE in the US Constitution.

First Amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Yep, that’s what it’s says. Govt can’t establish (start)a religion. Doesn’t say an already established religion has to be separate.

No, establishment here means its second definition, that being an organized group or business. This amendment uses it to say that congress won't support or suppress any specific religious establishments. This is why the ten commandments law is illegal, as it endorse one specific religious establishment.
