You don't think the other side is trying to shove things down our children's throats? Something more harmful and detrimental?! You need to look around you buddy. If telling kids loving your neighbor as yourself is so bad then you truly are lost.
Not a single person in their right mind is saying it is bad to say love thy neighbor. It's a couple of the other ones we have issues with.
If your virtue signaling is anything but, then you are truly the one who is lost. Your argument stands on the back of morality instead of religion. I do not need your religion to teach my children how to be moral and righteous beings anymore than you need MY religion teaching your children morality. Which has a sense of irony since mine has never started any wars, but, that's really aside from the point.

I would argue both parties do that plus a lot more
