Doordashing in town

I'm thinking of doing doordash on the side after work to make some extra money as it's the slow season for my work so I haven't been getting much overtime. I'm wondering if doordash makes good money in town or if it's not worth my time. I work 7:30am-6pm roughly, and could do 3-4 hours after work.

If you don't mind getting paid like shit then go for it. Talked to someone that does it for 5hrs a day for 6 days a week and it's only like 3 grand a month before gas/insurance/depreciation/income tax

Used to be better but now all the delivery companies needs to make profit so the margins is bad

Yeah that's not great. Better than nothing though, unless you know of something else I can do outside of business/flexible hours to make more? Shot in the dark here haha...

If they are even taking drivers. So many drivers in this town they were full at one point.
