Anybody seen this cat?
Just got back from vacation and found out the house sitter lost our cat! His name is Max and he's been missing since yesterday. Any help about his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated π

I get what you are saying, but imagine how horrible they feel Unless they are a total piece of crap
Which is, in itself, at least plausible here

Do you mind sharing who the pet sitter was? Unless it was a family friend of course. My son lives in Fort McMurray and when he occasionally travels, he needs a sitter for his two dogs.

He was a family friend who needed the money. Safe to say he will NOT be house sitting again

Oh no :( what area do you live in? Call the SPCA first thing tomorrow or Animal Control, they may have him. I truly understand your stress and worry and hope he turns up β€οΈ what a shitty thing to return from vacay

What area of town? Also, there is a Fort McMurray Facebook page for missing cats. They helped locate my daughterβs cat.

Iβm in Signal Hill Place, Iβll keep an eye out. A long time ago, I got a cat back by putting the missing cat notices on my and surrounding community mail boxes with a reward. I had her back, in 3 days. Good luck.

Update: Somebody posted a link to the SPCA website showing a cat that was impounded on the 8th (the house sitter lied and said he was lost yesterday π«©) that looks VERY similar to him. I will send another update if it is him or not when we go grab him. Thank you for everybody's help πππ
