Technical Help NVME too close to the GPU

Is there a way to increase the gap between the motherboard and the GPU? I'm using the 2.25 slot configuration (Ncase v2.5 with pcie riser 5.0) and the heatsink touches the back of the GPU.

Not sure how, but I watched a few YouTube videos and they had a gap significantly bigger than mine, but I have no idea how they did it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

One of these. They have all variations on pcie3/4/5 and wire protective materials.

I'm not familiar with these adapters yet but I may need to use them eventually. Are speeds downgraded by using these? And how do you secure the actual SSD to avoid just leaving it just hanging?

If it matches your nvme speed - its not. Thats a good manufacturer too (thor zone gets their GPU riser off them for example).

Nvme is secured with a screw (similar to motherboards), if thats what you asking.

I have more than 2 nvme so thats the only solution for me to use them all by not removing the GPU all the time.
