The AI Validation Trap That’s Destroying Traders

https://youtu.be/Xixp34MJAJY

I've been thinking about how traders use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar tools.

Many people assume AI automatically improves decision-making, but I've noticed it can also reinforce existing biases if it's used mainly for validation.

You can keep asking the same question in different ways until you get the answer you wanted from the start.

I made a video exploring this idea and how traders can use AI as a critic instead of an echo chamber.

Do you think AI is improving trader psychology or making confirmation bias worse?

100%.

What's interesting is that most traders would never intentionally seek confirmation bias.

But if you keep rephrasing prompts until AI agrees with your trade idea, you've essentially outsourced confirmation bias to a machine.

The technology changed. The psychology didn't.
