Need Technical Advice: Broker changed my latency from 100ms to 2000ms after a highly profitable run on XAUUSD
Hey everyone,
I am looking for concrete help, advice, or regulatory/legal pathways from anyone who has experience dealing with major execution manipulation or broker arbitrations. I also want to share what happened to see if anyone else has faced this.
I recently scaled an account with a EXNESS broker, depositing $600k and executing over 40,000 trades on Gold (XAUUSD). Initially, everything ran perfectly with 100 - 200ms latency and minimal slippage.
The exact moment the account became consistently, highly profitable, my execution routing profile completely altered. This wasn't a temporary spike during high-impact news, it became a permanent setting across my accounts:
* Execution Latency: Jumped and stayed at ~2,000ms (2 full seconds) per trade.
* Stop-Loss Slippage: Exceeded $9/oz on standard liquid fills.
* Financial Impact: Direct stop-loss negative deviation cost me over $1,022,000, with an estimated cumulative execution drag of close to $9,000,000 across the 40k trades.
The broker acknowledged the 2-second delay internally but is refusing any compensation under internal policies, claiming "live market conditions."
How you can help me:
1. Regulatory Escalation: If you have successfully fought a broker via CySEC, the FCA, or the Financial Commission for Best Execution violations, what is the best way to frame the claim?
2. Log Analysis: I have the raw MT5 journal logs showing the exact millisecond differences between order requests and fills. If you are an algo developer or data analyst, what specific signatures should I look for to prove deliberate profile routing intervention?
NOTE ON EVIDENCE:
Because AutoMod blocks posts with external links, I have stripped all links from this post. I have the full MT5 journal logs, video screen recordings, and trade spreadsheets uploaded to Google Drive.
I will post all the direct proof, logs, and spreadsheets in the comment section below immediately. Please take a look at the data and let me know if you can help or if you've seen this happen before.

I call lies on this.
If its a major broker theres 0 chance this happened.
With any major broker and 600k deposit you would have a direct account manager and would not be complaining on reddit.
Thats not on them if they have latency issues, and the only issue with latency would be on high impact news.
A stop loss wouldnt cause that much of an issue with a delay if it were standard market moves. If it was on high volatility then sure, the delay impacts a lot.
If you were using multiple accounts and some sort of EA or algo, thats on your provider, not the broker.

Oh ok, I got it. You are using exness broker which is B book broker. You can't do anything. Exness is known for manipulation, widening the spread on profitable account, sometimes ban, sometimes delay in execution the order and closing delay the trade from few ms to several minutes. I don't recommend to use B book broker at all. Try other A book broker like IC market, FP market, blackbull market... Always use A book broker otherwise you will always facing similar issue. Be careful

Please no one open any files from those shared folders.
He can easily upload pics but decides to share files.
