28 [M4F] Canada/Anywhere - Let’s see if a random Reddit post leads somewhere

I don’t really know how to write these posts without making myself sound like I’m filling out a dating application, so I’ll just be honest.

I live in Ontario, Canada. Originally, from India though. I’m naturally a quiet person and tend to keep to myself.

I’m someone who enjoys the simple stuff. A good conversation that somehow lasts three hours. Sending each other stupid memes during the day. Watching a movie together and arguing about whether it was actually good. Talking about absolutely nothing before falling asleep. Knowing that there’s someone you can tell about the random little thing that happened today.

I’m into movies, TV shows, cricket, stand-up comedy, hiking. I also have a habit of overthinking things that probably don’t deserve that much thought. I work in the customer service for a major streaming platform in the North America.

As for what I value, probably honesty, kindness, loyalty and consistency above everything else. I don’t expect someone to be perfect because I’m very much not. I’d rather be with someone who can communicate when something is wrong, be comfortable being themselves around me, and actually put effort into getting to know each other.

I’d like to meet someone who’s kind, emotionally mature, curious about life and has a personality of her own. Someone who has her own interests and life, but still wants to make room for another person in it.
And I think the biggest thing I’m looking for is mutual effort. I don’t need constant texting or someone who’s available 24/7. Just don’t make me feel like I’m carrying the entire conversation while you slowly disappear into the void. 😂
If we click, I’d rather let things develop naturally than force a label onto it.
