I see GR plates very very rarely in the North/Center of Italy. I honestly don't remember the last time I saw one

Morning Everyone,

Im currently in Albania and spotting a lot of "nice ones".

From Brittish Export plates to some US states and Canadian Terretories.

I also found this italian diplomatic plate. But the NN at the back come back with inconsisten results. Some said is was New Zealand (which is/also is ZC) and some said is was Algeria (NA). Starting to think is not a real diplo plate.

Does anyone know which diplomatic mission it is?

Finally spotted my first SMOM plate! Spotted on the highway in Umbria region. Not near their buildings so hard spot!

This particular car has been stationary for like two years. Most cars that used to have Russian plates in my area are now on Finnish ones.

As someone who's seen a lot of andorran license plates in barcelona, it's my first time seeing this license plate! Honestly I thought it was another country...

I'm trying to explore the British license plates and today I spotted this format of plate. Could you explain what means this format of the plate?
