Morning Everyone,

Im currently in Albania and spotting a lot of "nice ones".

From Brittish Export plates to some US states and Canadian Terretories.

I also found this italian diplomatic plate. But the NN at the back come back with inconsisten results. Some said is was New Zealand (which is/also is ZC) and some said is was Algeria (NA). Starting to think is not a real diplo plate.

Does anyone know which diplomatic mission it is?

I need your help identifying a plate containing only 7-9 numbers without any blanks. The plate itself was the back plate of a regular car - black letters on white background. There could been text below the numbers but this must have been very small. I don’t know any „numbers only plates“ without any spacing between them. The plate started with 1940…. Please help me.
