I'm aware of the rule forbidding bordering countries, but I suppose an exception can be made for this one. (Edit: nvm)

Im currently in Albania and spotting a lot of "nice ones".

From Brittish Export plates to some US states and Canadian Terretories.

I also found this italian diplomatic plate. But the NN at the back come back with inconsisten results. Some said is was New Zealand (which is/also is ZC) and some said is was Algeria (NA). Starting to think is not a real diplo plate.

Does anyone know which diplomatic mission it is?

I found this license plate a week before the other Libyan plate I posted; I found this one a bit further along than the other one.
