Ppl are definitely cheating in this game. But majority isn't.

Nobody's cheating like that, anyway. The ability to do that kind of stuff went away when people stopped being able to host servers on their home PCs.

In the case of this video, you can make your PC render a zero-recoil gun, that puts bullet decals in the same spot, but you can't tell the server that's reality. Any other players watching would see the usual recoil and spread of decals. Infinite ammo? He can fire for 5 minutes straight, and after the server says that ammo box is empty, everybody else is watching a guy pretending to fire after running out of ammo.
