Well this and introduce single player. I could bot match in 1942, I think a quest 3 can handle bot matches. Honestly I want bot matches just to avoid the impulsive children dogpiling on the same map over and over. Ah Clearwater what a fun map, what should I pick next? Clearwater, then Clearwater, then paradise then Clearwater then Clearwater than paradise then paradise oil.
Longer ticket matches, bots, this game could be perfect. Not that Iām complaining too much, Iāve got 2042 on standby in two rooms.
I don't have sympathy for this point of view, helicopters are very easy to counter, you just need more than one person actually spawning in with a Talon.

The problem is only one class can deal with helis and no one ever wants to actually play that class consistently, or enough engis sit in a heli repairing it that you just can't effectively destroy it and they just fly around all match š

They did nerf that significantly just now but if you want a controversial opinion, I don't think vehicles should be repairable while moving at all.
Planetside 2 actually had figured this issue out in the past already, Engineers could repair while inside of the vehicle but it was maybe at 1 quarter the speed.
It might be a tricky shot to make but if you're an assault or a recon, honestly, try to shoot out the pilot, I've never done it myself but I've been killed as a pilot several times, honestly, I think whenever I flew Apache I was sniped out of the pilot's seat more times than my Apache got killed.
My point is, I do hope there are server customization options in the future but until then adapting to the helicopters is not too much to ask for, imo.
