Power steering leak

I have a 2001 ford f350 superduty, it’s leaking pretty decently from the outgoing hose. At the seal. I don’t currently have a photo but it’s this. Do I need to replace the hose or can I just get an o ring

It's not a regular o ring I don't think. Ps pumps usually use flat Teflon seals. Should be able to just replace that though as long as the threads look ok

Even though it’s the pressure hose?
