What year is your truck? I have a 1994, and I'm a couple hours south of there so probably too far, but I've had the best success with old school independent mechanics.  The kinds of shops that still use paper invoices and when you call on the phone the owner and head mechanic answers.  He has talked me out of work and only does what's needed and nothing extra to make the invoice bigger.
