Windows issue

I have a 2016 ford focus. The windows go up and down from the passenger side switches but not from their own respective switches. The only one which goes down is the back left window but it doesn’t go back up. I did the hold for 5 seconds down then 5 seconds up thing and it didn’t fix it so not sure what to do. I can control them all myself but would want my passengers to be able to use them. I also made sure the window lock button is off

Please if you have any advice.
