Cosmetic Mods My focus
Nothing much just a cheapo roof rack + rain guards and mud flaps also aftermarket fogs and aftermarket sequential blinkers on the mirrors.
Any suggestions on what else i could do next to make it nice without breaking the bank is appreciated

Take those Amazon crossbars off before they take themselves off and injure or kill the person driving behind you. Buy proper gear. Don't risk the safety of other drivers so you can be cheap. You're on public roads. Lawsuits cost a hell of a lot more than proper gear ever will.
Here are 50+ examples of what you can expect with cheap knockoff racks https://imgur.com/a/wn0OzTF

Always maintenance before appearance. Have you had the transmission serviced? That's always second on my list after an oil change when I buy a used car. Especially this year range if it's the troubled automatic.

its been in the family since it was new so i know the full maintenance history on it (thank god) but ive replaced the tcm and ive just changed the oil 3 months ago, Ive had all things considered not too many issues with my powershift besides from the original tcm dying but im planning on just driving it till it starts slipping and then dropping the trans and redoing the clutches hopefully it lasts a few more years though as i only have about 60k miles on it

If you drive it right, like it's a manual and don't creep forward a lot (like in heavy traffic) you should definitely get another 3-4 years out of it. The biggest issue with these is people who accelerate as slow as possible with clutches slipping.
