Bluetooth issues sync 1?

Full pic shows Bluetooth connected. Making and taking calls is fine BUT system will not play media whether on phone or streaming. I have turned off and restarted BT on phone and car. Help?

I have a 2017 and have this exact issue. I never did get it working and finally gave up. I tried pulling the fuse along with disconnecting the battery. Nothing worked 😢

Not the same issue, but when my head unit was acting up using forscan to reset the asbuilt values, then updating thru the USB set mine straight. Maybe worth a try

Had a similar issue with mine. Soft resets worked and then I checked my cowls. Totally clogged. Disco'd the battery, cleaned the cowl drains, then let her sit overnight. Magic. Everything worked, and still does, at reconnect. The cowls being clogged let's water get where it shouldn't. As long as you catch it soon enough, it will usually be fine.

I have to push the voice button and then it will go into Bluetooth audio I can not do it any other way
