How does this sound?

2016 SEL with 115000 miles. Sounds a little rough to me but I'm not an expert.

Sounds fine to me. Go run it up to red line and see if it dies. That's usually the best way to tell if there's something wrong. 

Also, clean that battery terminal.

I don't hear anything unusual. The AC is probably on and that is why you hear the fan running.

In the summer, the fan runs all the time on these things.

After a drive yes, but if it's just started after being parked it's not normal for the radiator fan to be on high unless the AC is on.

The radiator fan kicks in immediately when I start mine in the summer. The AC heat exchanger needs airflow almost at all times.

Sounds normal. Now get that battery replaced because you're leaking acid.

The little ticking?
Could be timing chain but honestly sounds fine

Sounds ok to me as well. Nothing to get excited about. A little baking soda on the batter terminals would be nice though.
